I found that Dr Steven Brown was quite unprofessional. We have gone to this doctors office many times and each time he was seeing someone he knew personally they didn't have to wait for a long time and they were in the office for a while, however when it was someone who was a stranger to him, they had to wait a long time and the office time was short. When I saw him for myself and my kids, after experiencing his trademark long-wait-because-I-dont-know-the-guy-personally he is quick to prescribe something and move you along. I assume he is more of a Hobbie doctor who uses the office to see his pals. He is after completely unapologetic about the  unreasonable waiting period. After the trademark failing of this doctor I can completely sympathize with everyone who has left a review addressing the same issue. I am confident that this issue would have been raised to the office but seeing that the oldest review is 6 years old and it is still going on, I guess poor patient service is one habit for this doctor that is hard to break.  I highly recommend requesting Aiden Smith. A great help and explains everything very well and takes the time to listen about any concerns. If it wasn't for him we would have left a long time ago.

Beware of Dr Steve brown , he is quick to write nasty things about you on your medical records that are not true and will then be read by other medical professionals and follow you around. He treated my records like a gossip column rather than medical records written by a professional.  I found this out after gaining access to my records. I've asked him to take out the untrue personal digs but in his arrogance he refuses. He also was quick to prescribe me sleeping pills without informing me any side affects.  I didn't find out they had such side affects until I took them and experienced some and found more serious ones listed in Google too. So make sure to ask him if any meds he prescribes has side affects. Also Dr Jane Chalmers wrote the wrong address for my referral which caused big delays in treatment. Dr Aidan Smith is wonderful though, highly recommended him. Had a pretty good experience with Amy mullen too and the receptionists are great.

Jane Chalmers is not a good doctor. She has repeatedly provided no help to me and my family. She wrote the wrong information on a referral and it got rejected. She also continuously wrote the wrong scripts for my grandmother. She also did not write down previous medical information when I had problems, and when I went to a different doctor about it they were appalled at this negligence.  On the other hand, the other gps are wonderful, the nurses are great as well

Have had Dr Vercoe since I was like 3 or 4. Would not go anywhere else. Now in my early 40's   Sigh!! Unfortunately for his patients he has retired, so I now see Dr Brown, who is amazing too. Very sincere and lovely man. So I will not be moving to any other practice. Cannot sing enough praises for this practice.

Thoroughly recommend Steve Brown very thorough and explains everything. Hoping he doesn't retire as I won't see the Emma have no faith in her and never will

I see Dr Mullen, she is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!
