Nice coaches, but communicate with them it is almost impossible, expecially through email.
Finding an gym that suited my needs was becoming a little difficult until I walked into Venus and meet Amelia. Not only does Venus provide amazing sessions, equipment and trainers, they also offer a sense of community! Amelia and Maria are AMAZING trainers and the women who train here are all super supportive and encouraging. <3
I have been with Venus for over 6 months now and love love love it. I have lost 10kg with the help of the girls and their amazing classes and nutritional advice. They have helped me stay on track and overcome personal health issues. Would recommend 120%
