i enjoyed going to this cafe. they had very nice, friendly staff and the aesthetic of the was easy on my eyes very big plus, thank you for this. there were a lot of lights, but they were mellow and didn't blind you when you looked up at it. another positive was the large servings, for this reason i recommend going with friends and sharing a meal. the food there was high quality, and very scrumptious. i ordered a french toast and  what i received totally exceeded my expectations. the bread was plump and soft, it had soaked up enough of the maple syrup so that it was wet and flavourful, but not soggy and bland. the strawberries on top were fresh and when i dipped them in the pool of maple syrup they were even more delicious. i would definitely recommend coming here.

We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere so much, we visited twice over two consecutive days. We were delighted to see that the cafe didn’t hold back on the generous serving sizes. I was impressed by the “perfect foam” on my coffee.  Rippy deserves a special mention - he was an expert at making caps and lattes, and he took the time to make the rounds to check in on all the guests. His effort enhanced our experience there. You won’t leave disappointed if you drop into Venue.

One of few cafes that are open late enough on a Sunday for a hangover meal when fast food won't quite cut it. 10/10 for opening hours and huge variety on menu. Execution not too well, food is 'alright' Burger was burnt and a lil bland, chips were nice i guess. Would return and give another chance though

Disgraceful. Just purchased a flat white and a cappuccino, along with a raspberry & white chocolate muffin. The coffees were burnt and undrinkable. The muffin had no evidence of raspberries.  The coffees went in the bin and the muffins are destined for my chooks. I live three hours away, and stopped here on our back from Sydney & thought we’d try this cafe. Luckily Racine’s was open, where we bought drinkable coffee and delicious pastries. Lift your game Venue people!

Very conveniently located near Woolies in the city centre. Their coffee is pretty decent. The pancakes could use a bit more syrup though coz they taste pretty dry after eating some.

We had a regular experience. The food was average. The coffee was great large portion. The staff behind the counter was not so friendly. The waiters serving us were friendly. The place vibe is nice and the table service is fast.

Absolutely lovely breakfast meal and coffee however the floor looks like it has never been mopped! My toddler dropped food on the floor and when I cleaned it up the wipes were black after. Not very hygienic place to have a meal.  Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

The service was very bad, the staff at the counter was very rude , cold and impatient, we had to order in a rush and under the unwelcoming pressure. The Stack Apple Pancake I ordered was poor in presentation and bad quality, it came with almost no strawberry jam but only a super thin polish on the rim of the plate. Where were the Apple? Maybe 5 thin tiny slices within the 3 pancakes....the texture and taste was horrible, taste like pure baked flour...Overall it’s a very bad experience, the place is over rated and overpriced, not recommended and won’t come back any more.
