I had a fantastic experience here as I had woken up from an afternoon nap and eventually i went to grab my phone but it wasn't anywhere to be found then I realized I must of left it on the bus from early that day so apart from having I've just lost something important but the phone was only a week old and very expensive. I tracked my phone via find my phone gps on laptop and fortunately the phone was sitting at Ventura bus depot, as much as this was a huge relief I still had to wait until the depot was open. I walked over at 8:15am and waited for office to open. One of the workers came and I explained my problem and he said give me a moment and I'll check, less than a few minutes later h returned with my phone in the same condition as I remember. I was so grateful and excited I received my phone back. Rosebud Ventura bus depot was extremely professional and the service 3nwas second to none.
