I witnessed a bus driver stop at the Outlook dve Dandenong Nth bus stop on tuesday 31st october , he got out of his seat and pulled his mobile out then he starts screaming down the phone l ask him why he stopped the bus . He said he was 3mins early and had to call his wife . Then l caught the 850 back from where l had been and that bus driver was turning the wrong way until l said to him are you going down Gladstone road . I was terrified from the first screaming incident let alone having to tell the bus driver he was going the wrong way .

Biggest public transport provider in Vic. Around 1200 buses servicing Melbourne. Professional, well mannered and friendly drivers filtered from rigid screening process. Buses well presented. On time performance is good and continually improving. Great employer.
