Blown away with the quality of our shower channels, replaced another company's products which were rubbish. Veitch was recommended to me for our new home by a friend and we are so happy we listened to that advice!
Purchased a custom made matte black shower grate and channel made by this company from Reece Mornington, Tasmania. In less than a year the paint has peeled and is becoming worse. It appears that the steel wasn’t prepared for coating properly and so the paint is shedding off. Company will not provide us or Reece with any information on whether the product is faulty, or can be fixed. Our communications over a 6 week period are acknowledged but no response to our queries is ever given. Full replacement of the shower channel requires our tiles to be pulled up and water roofing redone in a bathroom that was fully renovated 12 months ago.
