I have worked with Vatback and Leon Dobrotwir for approximately 5 years. In all my dealings with Vatback I have found them to be very professional, honest and consistently deliver what they promise outcome focused. Leon is an expert at recovering unclaimed money and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Vatback to anyone considering engaging them.
Leon at Vatback was extremely professional and completely transparent when helping me with my unclaimed monies. I don't think I have given a company recomendation to anyone before, so this feels a bit odd. I got an email from Vatback about a year ago and I did nothing about it. I thought it was dodgy, you know, it is not common for people to tell you that you have lost some money and they will get it back for you. Like I say, I did nothing about it for maybe a year, but while going through some old emails I have thousands of them I came across the Vatback email. I rang my accountant, they had not heard of them. So I proceeded slowly to 'feel' this guy out. Well to my surprise, the chap turned out to be a thorough gentleman and he delivered on the money. He was efficient, I was not, and had I got my act together I could have had our money over a year earlier. Good job Leon, thanks. Neil from Central QLD.
Like all Grey Nomads I thought it was a scam when I received the letter from Vatback so I flicked the letter to my accounts out of interest, they then did some investigation and talked to Leon’s lawyer as there was a fair bit of money involved I thought I would give it a go, I got to say they are a very professional outfit and in a short time the money landed in my account if you are contacted by Vatpack your in good hands just follow the procedures they ask of you Thanks Kevin
