My mother died in this nursing home thanks to their carelessness in allowing her to fall from her bed a THREE TIMES. They had NO falls management procedures. What a joke. Staff are a joke. Have no idea what they're doing. Continually lies to us about what was being done for my mum. I hope every single person responsible for what happened to my mother end up in a dump like this so you will know what its like.
