I had a very positive experience with Varcoe.
1. The salesman turned up when he said he would, and came back with a quote quickly. (Lots of other companies did not even get this far)
2. Very good install team. They did a tidy and professional job
3. The install included wiring power back to our switchboard, This meant no other contractors were required.The sparky did a tidy job.
4. Good follow up from the salesman, and training with the unit.

All up, just a hassle free experience.

Varcoe Refrigeration installed a heat pump in my home office.  Looks tidy, polite staff and I appreciated the tidy up afterwards.  Brilliant, thank you.

Would not necessarily agree with the last comment, we had stunning service. 

Slight delay in appointment time but not negative; we were told they would be busy and we found it was merely as they were popular, they did well to fit in with our schedule and theirs. We had a competitive quotation and we were totally happy with the delivery, speed and final installation by the fitters who were in and out the same morning. 
They even tidied up after themselves, 
Superb!
Definite Recommend from us, my wife and I had a follow up call too, ringing to check we were happy with the working order and settings!

We hired Varcoe to install a central heating and ventilation solution to retrofit into our new house, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. The whole team, including the managing director Tim, was a pleasure to deal with and they showed a high level of professionalism in every step of the process: from quoting, solution proposal and installation to the final inspection. Kenneth, who is part of the sales team, does not work on a commission basis, and not only quickly and accurately understood our needs but was also very mindful of us getting the best value for our money without compromising the quality and/or undersizing the unit that we needed for our property. The solution proposed was price competitive with other companies that I requested quotes from. Also equally important was that Varcoe's lead time was 1 week, whilst the earliest lead time I could get from the other company was a month. Moreover, during the installation process the team in charge was great to deal with, very respectful with us and caring for our property, and proactively involved us in the decision processes as it was required. We are incredibly happy we chose Varcoe for this big project and with our new central heating and ventilation system! I highly recommend Varcoe! Yanina - Glendowie
