Service was amazing at the start! Very nice to talk to and very informative and willing to help. Once you become a regular the customer service changes, they become more ignorant and very sarcastic. Rolled her eyes so hard at me they nearly fell out of her eye socket. Juices can be very unregular. Find one you like and next time you go they don't have it anymore. I have been a good customer for nearly a year buying nearly every week. Can also be very bitchy. If they don't like you they will make sure that you know they don't like you even tho you may have done nothing wrong. I think they make some juices sound amazing and they say that they are very good and popular but when you try it after you have purchased it, it's the most disappointing juice. Be careful. Wont be returning.... ever. Edit: I found a juice I loved and I always asked of they have anymore or can get more but they repeatedly said we have finished with that line of juices BUT NOW I see on the website that they are having a special on THAT juice!
Wonderful Place to go to Rob and Blair are amazing people, They gave me wonderful advice and all the help i needed. Rob's a top guy i wasn't sure if my Vape was able to handle my setup and wanted to buy a new one just encase but he took a look at it and explained everything in fine detail so i can get a better understanding. He told me that it was fine instead of trying to sell me another one i didn't need. Thumb's up to both of you keep up the good work.
Great experience! Been to a few vape shops and have to say this is one of the better ones. Friendly staff that know their stuff and willing to help. Defiantly recommended especially for newbies that need advice.
Would purchase here again. Helpful and friendly staff as well as a good range of products. The store stall itself is really clean and modern in comparison to the other stalls in the market so don’t let the outside appearance of the shed put you off. The products are also competitively priced and the cost of good quality mods is cheaper for the same product in comparison to competitors $110 vs $130.
Wow I thought customer service was a thing of the past ..... best customer service I have recieved in many years even went above and beyond my expectations. So good I have been 2 weekends in a row! I even phoned after my first visit to check something and the most happy voice answered the phone. Friendly, knowledgeable and even organised to bring an extra accessory for me from the Sunbury shop. Cannot be happier with my new mod and tanks .. oh yeah and many test juices! Super helpful putting everything together and giving instructions and advice as I am a newbie. My new setups are perfect now and I cannot thank you enough. Don't let the market put you off .... the shop is fabulous. Thanks again VAPR
Awesome shop. Drove from Mulgrave to Laverton to try out this shop before 1st of Aug and was not disappointed in the slightest. The owners are super friendly and willing to help with any query. They are very passionate about their customers and the vape scene. Investing time and efforts within their community of vape shops around Melbourne to make life easier for us consumers. This reflects in how busy they were when I was there. Since then, my friend had also placed an sizable ordered online around early afternoon and had his products shipped the same day which then arrived promptly the next day. There was a personalized thank you note and a juice sampler added at no additional charge. Faultless and thank you for your service. Highly recommended and no, I have no affiliation with VPAR besides being a satisfied customer.
Fantastic customer service, Rob Tiff and Blair are experienced in their vaping knowledge and really take the time to talk to you and set you up with the right device for your vaping needs, The store is in the lavo market but it is a fully decked out shop with everything you need. My number 1 vape shop! If you don't like the market atmosphere they do have a shop in Sunbury and Werribee
