Vansan is an incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional builder. Unfortunately the developer of the property we bought chose this company and we havent stopped encountering problems since then. They couldnt even comply with the bare minimum set by vba. From uneven painting, skirting boards coming off, water leak, uneven ceiling. We reached out numerous times but they have been very unresponsive. They are notoriously known in dbdrv and vcat they have a lot of cases due to their poor quality of work and service. Im not even sure why this company is still licensed!!! Do yourself a favor and do not engage with this company at all! Attached below are just some of the photos from our 3yo house. NO TO VANSAN!
Do your due diligence before going anywhere near this builder. The worst builder in the eastern suburbs. If inability was a person, that's Shan Sutharsan and his 'building company'. An incompetent, pathetic excuse for a builder.
My future home is currently under construction by Vansan. I'm extremely happy and respect their professionalism, consideration and dedication towards my future home. They have a fantastic team, from design to construction, they've kept the quality of being practical and down to earth. The construction team constantly provide feedback and recommendations each week with photo updates, so I have full confidence in their job without any worries.
Vansan make us feel veryhappy by building us perfect home! customer service was excepetional, always very helpful and follow up with what we needed. I am very satisfied with the progress and quality of the housing construction as a whole. And I have also referred 2 of my friends with Vansan
They are failing on a build near me and I feel for the owners
