My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Vanilla Zulu immensely. Our teacher, the lovely Chef Luci explained and showed us all so clearly, how to put the recipes together and the whole evening was run very smoothly and professionally and, before long, we were all sampling the food that we'd helped make! There was a fun and friendly atmosphere and lots of laughs too. We highly recommend Vanilla Zulu.
We had a fantastic night at Vanilla Zulu with Chef Tong at the Authentic Thai class. So much food, fun and we took home some great skills to practise. A wonderful birthday present for my partner, thanks team!
We had the pleasure of doing this cooking school with Chef Luciana with our sales people from all over Australia and it was AMAZING! One of our team said "that's the best thing I've ever done". Everything is so well planned, professional, fun, relaxed and informative. The whole team loved this and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
The Street Asian class run by Chef Tong is not just a cooking class. It's an experience. The Chef covered four amazing recipes that not only are delicious but are also easy to reproduce at home. Chef Tong is as knowledgeable as he is experienced and did an amazing job of adjusting his recipes for those with dietary constraints. Best of all? You get to eat what you cook. Bring an appetite or a lot of takeaway containers!
Chef Tong taught a great Thai cooking class with humour and easy instructions. Loved the end results which we got to eat together and met some lovely new people. All in all a great day out. Have already signed up for my next cooking class!
Such an incredible experience. We did the Asian Street Food cooking class. Food and staff were absolutely amazing. Chef Tong has great knowledge and experience with Asian cuisine. He also provides detailed insight into many ingredients that were used in his recipes. Plus his personality is a 10/10.
What an amazing experience! Chef Tong was brilliant with expert cooking skills and a great sense of humour. We went for a team event and we all loved it, not to mention the food was delicious!
The best place to do a cooking class. Small table sizes, amazing knowledgeable chefs, fun and very descriptive. The experience to meet new people, work as a team and create great food is something you have to do. The techniques shown are easy to follow. The rustic Italian 2 class food is delicious and when plated up looks beautiful. Chef Ada was fun to work with, her worldly stories also complimented the class. The helping staff were great. You didn't even realise they were there most of the time cleaning up all your mess. Very efficient. I will be back for my third and then more classes.
Such a great experience! Was amazing to learn how to cook different Asian street dishes and then eat them. A great Christmas/birthday/anniversary gift to give to someone or a couple. Chef was very good and funny, made the class even better. Definitely recommend
