The roti was good and can give it a try. Their Valentine Roti was not to my liking. Perhaps I came with too high hopes.Nasi lemak panas 'biasa' was good and worth trying.Sambal was spicy enough compared to other nasi lemak I have tasted around KL. I did try their spicy Maggi goreng was also nice but a little too oily and salty for my liking. The waiters were friendly and nice. Parking would be an issue if the place is packed as there are not too many parking since the shop is located in close proximity with the main road.
Delicious roti canai. Great selection of drinks. Friendly service. Fast, fresh and tasty. Wash it down with a ginger teh tarik or fresh juice. Finish off with a sweet roti boom for a heavenly experience.
We had Roti Canai, Maggi Goreng and Teh Tarik for breakfast. Food is great but the staff not so great. The server seems impatient taking our orders and he looks upset/unhappy. Hard to get the attention of the staff and also hard to find a parking around this area. There are people smoking in the eatery as well.
First time trying roti canai here. It was thin and crusted. Roti canai+ teh tarik is a match made in heaven. I love it's texture The place also clean.Food: 5/5
Going to Jupem we decided to eat Roti Valentine and hv teh tarik. The Roti Valentne had sardines, cabbage, onions and chives. It was a filling enough roti with the dahl, sardine sambal and chicken curry. Teh tarik was nice and strong. Not so sweet. Best outdoor breakfast since the covid19.
One of the few Indian places near Kampung Bharu. Their roti canai tends to be dryer, not as oily as some. It’s a preference. And Every one has their preference for sambals and dals. Some prefer more Malay style, but I like theirs. I love a good dosa masala. I think theirs is good, but I prefer mine a golden brown, and 2 out of 3 times I was there it tended to be only slightly browned. Today it was better. The nicely dressed lady there today seemed more attentive than other times, and very helpful and friendly. I’m not sure if she was an owner, but a nice warm presence such as hers adds a lot to the place.
Roti canai & roti bom are crispy ‍‍‍ Roti tissue was not too sweet Roti valentine's sardin s a bit fishie Did not serve Thosai's with the right curry All.the tea served the right sweetness even we have 3 different levels of sweetness. Serving didn't follow sequence of who come first . Saw a table left angrily after being ignored· Overall food standard was one of the better one in KL.
Basic but very good quality roti. Comes with dhal, fish curry and sambal. However, if you've never had the sweet Roti with Kaya Jam and the Currys together, it's a must. As weird as it sounds they were a beautiful blend and we're delicious. The lady owner was extremely helpful and courteous to us.Food: 4/5
One of the best Roti Canai I have ever eaten in a long time! It is big! It is crispy! It is delicious! Coming here for unexpected as the place is being blocked by a building if you coming from a direction heading KL. But once you found it and park, order your food and be prepared to be blown away! It is a big roti canai and crispy! It is so good and never had this good roti canai for a long time! Definitely coming back here for late night craving again!
This place makes me hangry. Like, really hangry. I’ve had Roti before, but this is the best I’ve had so far. Here’s how it works: You sit down anywhere. Order one of the roti they offer there’s a ton to choose from, just ask for a verbal description of what they are. It will come on a metal platter with three sauces. They’ll give you a fork and knife, but just tear it with your hands, get messy and enjoy that succulent, delicious, delectable, flaky roti and sauces. There are three sauces and no choice. They’re all good though. They are yellow, red, and orange, presumably different types of curry. The red one looks spicy, but it’s just mildly so, if at all and actually kinda sweet. I ordered just one, which wasn’t enough. I ordered two other different items not roti, which were good, but honestly the roti canai is perfect on its own. If you want one really decadent, get one with butter. You’ll feel super gluttonous and sexy eating it lmao. Get a beverage from the beverage vendor inside the restaurant. You’ll need to wash your hands. Head back past the grill and there’s a sink on the right. Get some napkins to dry your hands from the beverage vendor. Pay after eating. If you enjoy roti, this is a must visit in KL. Also the prices were dirt cheap. For two people I think we barely broke $5USD.
