5 star service!  And a great price!  After reading reviews of the type of vacuum I wanted, I landed on Shop-Vac's page.  That page listed authorised dealers, and Vacuum Cleaners Plus stood out as I prefer to support family businesses than big corporate.  Website was easy to use, and prices were very competitive.  In fact, when looking at big corporate sites to compare, their sites were rubbish and lacking content.  Felix contacted me, to double check delivery, and as promised the vacuum arrived within the timeframe.  A great store, highly recommended, I'll only shop here from now on and will refer to everyone (in fact already have).  Thank you Felix!

EDIT: I just used the Shop-Vac for the first time today for 3hrs straight, absolutely amazing and perfect for what I need it for!  Looking forward to many more drives!!
