Had a hair cut and some highlights done here a few months back. I’m a guy, medium short curly hair. In the salon for no more than 45 minutes, price … $400. Almost passed out handing over my credit card. If you’ve got money to burn, this is the place for you, otherwise, best to look elsewhere.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

After having a great 1st balayage experience with Caroline in 2019, I decided to go back to her recently and was throughly disappointed with the service and results. Instead of a balayage, I got streaky highlights that cost $380 price of full head foils. They were dismissive when I told them I wasn’t happy with the result on the day. Wrote to Marie, she got Caroline to ring me but I didn’t bother going back as I didn’t want to risk having my hair ruined further. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you actually want proper balayage and service.

My hair was also ruined by the colourist and has snapped across the top where they made horrible uneducated and unprofessional errors. Their instagram and self promotion is not what you get when you use their services….so not fall for it. It will take years to recover and is an embarrassment to their industry. Seemingly I’m not the only one here - and it’s also well known in the industry. Staff not friendly and many many seemingly juniors.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Absolutely love the experience I have every time I come to this salon! Caroline is just gorgeous and my hair is always perfect and exactly what I ask for! I struggled finding a good hairdresser because I have curly hair and Caroline nails it every time! 100% recommend her talent and skills!

I really love the way eveyone is at UVA SALON especially Renee and Caroline those are my go to colorists! And for hair cut I would recommend Anastasia she did such an amazing job by hair was so healthy and finally had shape! Last time I went was just before one of the million lockdowns and couldn't go ever since but 100% would recommend

Thank you Anastasia & Marie for the best cut, colour, blow dry and service in Melbourne. You always go above and beyond to make sure its perfect every single time. I cannot trust my hair with just anyone, so I always feel at ease coming here. The whole team is friendly and professional. Salon of the year, indeed.

I have been attending this Amazing hair salon since last Year. Everyone that works at UVA is so friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and you have a great experience. They constantly ask you if you want water, coffee, tea.. nothing is too much trouble. Marie is a great person and a fabulous hair dresser. I am so happy with my hair colour. In fact I get compliments about my hair all the time.  From the very first consultation I had with Marie I knew I was in good hands. Nick cuts and blow waves my hair and I have never been happier. I always look forward to getting my hair done at UVA. You walk out feeling special and the money you pay is money well spent. In life you get what you pay for and at UVA the finished outcome is honestly priceless!!
