Products are cute, however the lady who worked there is very unfriendly. We got referred from the other store to here, and we are not acknowledging that is closed already. When we arrived the gate of the store it wasn’t lock, so we walked in to have a browse and immediately got blamed for ruin the door lock.nI don’t know what kind of customer service is this, my friends travel from overseas just to purchase the souvenir. And didn’t expect got treated like this. What a great impression for international students who graduated from Usyd!
When my item eventually arrived I was very disappointed, colour not like advertised, fabric poor quality, sizing was much larger than guidelines which meant I needed to return the item. Knowing I had bought from an Australian website and checking out where they had stores I was shocked then to find out I had to return to China. Needless to say cost was more than the item. Contact not very helpful. I would never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service! Felt very unwelcomed! Who employs these people???
The staff here told me conflicting stories about how long I could keep the academic dress hire for. One person said 24 hrs or 4 hours and another said 2 hrs only. One girl especially was incredibly unknowledgeable saying I was not able to hire their gowns in store when their website clearly states it is okay.nnFurthermore, they had an extremely rude and unhelpful attitude, not even providing a bag for my frame purchase.nnDo not come here, use gowntown instead to avoid these rude employees.
