If i could score 0 i would. I took my car for RWC and he came back with a cost of $2990 which i was happy to pay. He pinned me with every little thing he could find. When i questioned the tiny 3mm chip on the windshield he was so arrogant in saying he will not pass it. Now understand my car had been kept in mint condition. On the day i had to pick up my car he said one of the wheel nuts was broken. I  asked how that happened and he said it was already broken. He took the wheel off and upon putting it back cross threaded the nut onto the stud. The tried to smash it off for 3 hours they said. When i finally got to their shop i was shocked with the damage they caused. He did not take responsibility for what he did and refused to give me a RWC AFTER I PAID $3k for everything and now having a busted wheel and no road worthy. I was fuming. They buyer of the car understood the situation and bought the car. Upon driving the car for 100km it blew out that wheel bearing assembly which cost him an additional $980. The finally received a rwc for another mechanic because he refused to take it back to us car care for the fear of what they will wreck next!! Use extreme caution when choosing this business.
