Disappointment started at the register when I wanted to add buckinis to my açai bowl and the girl didn’t know what they were, and her colleague said they didn’t have any. Ordered a nut açai which was supposed to have peanut butter in it, and a tropical one. The bowls came out, the nut one had no peanut butter and the açai itself was the consistency and taste of watery strawberry yoghurt. The tropical was also also watery and the granola in both bowls were a bit stale. For $14 a bowl - very unhappy!

First impressions were promising, a nice aesthetic in a great location. Seemingly always busy with a generally good reputation among nearby businesses. Problems begin as soon as you walk through the door. The specials board is located inconveniently in such a manner that it can't be seen from the counter when ordering. Open kitchen is a nice idea, but would work better if there was more working and less talking between staff. Staff did not seem to have had a great morning, based on the manner in which we were greeted. I ordered the toasted chicken wrap (fresh option also available). Overall thoughts are just above not great. The wrap was largely bland, lacking in the rich chicken flavour I was expecting due to the use of unseasoned minced chicken. The level of toastiness was also sub-par with the filling being still cold and cheese barely even starting to melt - a critical element of any toasted wrap. Menu was priced fairly high overall, especially with the sub-standard quality of the food. OTHER MENU ITEMS may be of higher standard, but for this review I cannot rate higher than 2 stars.

A fabulous spot with yummy food and good coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the savoury mince !
