I recently visited urgent care Brisbane after testing positive for COVID and experiencing breathing issues. The staff were professional and attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel reassured and well-cared for. The doctor explained everything clearly, ensuring I felt supported during a stressful time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
Writing on behalf of my mother as I came with her today. Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. We were seen within 5 minutes of being there on a Saturday, assessed and sent next door for scans, straight down for results. Every single person we interacted with there was kind, caring & professional. Nurse Craig & Dr Howard were incredible, nurse Craig was so empathetic, caring and calming & Dr Howard was so thorough, professional but also put us at ease & could crack a joke. Every single interaction from the reception staff to the nurse, Dr & nurs that then removed cannula was outstanding. Thank you for making a rainy day unexpected trip a pleasant one.
A Wonderful quick, prompt, caring service and excellent value. My friend was attended to by doctor and a lovely nurse called Anna. She made us feel reassured and cared for instantly. We felt she went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. The doctor was kind and generous with his time. Will recommend this place to family and friends for sure. Special thanks to Anna
When you are in need of medical attention on a weekend or after hours and don't want to spend hours in Emergency. This facility is great. There are fees and no bulk billing. They have access to imaging next door. The staff are very helpful and my appointment including xray was completed in just under an hour. Fees are on their website. Will definitely use again.
I writing this on behalf of my wife who was seen there twice in the past week by Dr Wallast. Response times were great and we appreciate the care we have received. Very thoughtful and kind. Excellent practice overall and the nurse and doctor both have superb bedside manner.
