I don’t buy books anymore since pursuing that elusive minimalist lifestyle. But if I did, I would do here. They adore books, enjoy fostering a real sense of community and once the owner Rachel - gave me a poster with erotic art by Allen Jones.
I left work early so I could get a friend a birthday present. I turned up at 4.30pm and they're already closed. Urchin has some great stuff but the service is so poor it consist of being on the phone the whole time, ignoring customer and then taking your money nothing more.

As a book lover.... this place is my go to to find secondhand books. Be it that obscure copy of Anne Rice or another edition of a classic. Great bookstore!
Small homely bookstore that has heaps of options for small gifts. Not sure if they still do book swapping but the people are super lovely here!
