For our 22nd anniversary, my wife and I visited your restaurant on the 22/01/2021. We both had your steak, hers were medium rare and mine was rare, exactly like we ordered. Complements to the Chef. Dinner was awesome. Thanx.
The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and professional. They accommodated my food allergies for my lamb main course which was cooked to perfection. For dessert they made extra effort adding a candle a message to make our anniversary a night to remember.
Nice little place with interesting decor and a nice menu. I had the Urbano Hobo breakfast. Very unusual but it works so well. Good mocha, too.
I love the atmosphere in Urbano. Coffee was excellent and reasonable price. I had a gig, nut and chocolate slice which was excellent. Meals are on the higher price range but everything coming out of the kitchen looks great. Always excellent service - attentive but you don't feel rushed.
Had a very good dinner here with some lovely flavours, I particularly enjoyed the pear and fig stuffing with the chicken which was also lovely and moist. Will definitely look to come here again if I am back in Rotorua.
A wonderful evening at Urbano. The service was impeccable- that lovely combination of both friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. I had the lamb - very much enjoyed. Will certainly visit again.
Pizza Gumbero.. shrimps.. not prawns.. no capers.. minimal sauce.. raw pepper no flavour Not impressed.. sorry ..it's a 1 out of 5 for me..
