Given our kids are young below 4yo, we stayed at the Playland area. Playland overall was not maintained very well. Many rubbish/food on the floor especially around the party table while no party was held We stayed for almost an hour and no staff was there to tidy up the place Ball pool is dirty. Ventilation is not done well hot air been blown with ceiling fan, many kids above 120cm entered Playland to play and no staff was there to manage. Around 6-7 vending machines outside Playland and more than half of them are out of order. We didn’t enjoy our experience at the Playland and won’t revisit again.
100% AMAZING After years of wanting to try rock climbing, my wife and I finally had child free time and chose Urban Xtreme. It totally surpassed expectations. Multiple coaches qualified staff, spent time with us passing on their knowledge in regards to safety, climbing techniques, tips and tricks in regards to all aspects of climbing, both solo and partner assisted. They were encouraging, friendly and professional at all times. It was the best challenge AND fun we've had together in years. Thank you Urban Xtreme team.
Great holiday experience, a top venue, and lots of fun to be had, we ran out of time, before the kids ran out of things they wanted to do, staff were very experienced and helpful.
My son has an amazing birthday party, the staff is super helpful and kind and the kids had so much fun. Totally worthy.
Really great place for some weekend fun! I had the 1 hour climbing pass, the instructors were very thorough and always there to help, there were sooo many walls and different levels of climbing ability and auto ropes as well! Highly recommend!
