Urban Flower has been my go to florist and most favourite, I encountered an issue for the first time and was initially disappointed with my order however Carli went above and beyond to figure out what happened and came to a resolution for me. I was very satisfied with the outcome and really appreciate all she did to help especially when it’s a busy period approaching Christmas. Beautiful bouquets. Urban Flowers is more expensive than the big online players in the market but their bouquets are also much larger. When it comes to smaller florists, Urban Flower is probably one of the more reasonably priced options available. Ordering online was easy and delivery was prompt. The recipient was super impressed and felt very special which is of course the whole point of sending flowers. Definitely recommend.
Urban Flower was amazing! I ordered some flowers, balloons & a bath soak for my cousin & his wife to celebrate the arrival of their new baby boy and everything looked exactly as it did on the website. The flowers looked fresh and lovingly packaged and it totally made their day!! The communication was also great as I was notified when they were prepared with a photo & also upon delivery. Thank you
The best quality and presented flowers in Sydney! They are well worth the price. Photos don’t even do them justice, they are HUGE in person. In addition to the beautiful flowers are the amazing team behind it all. Their customer service is incredible. I purchased the Just for You bunch in the torpedo vase back in March 2022 for mine and my partners anniversary. We were experiencing heavy and constant rain at this time. After a few days we noticed that caterpillars had hatched on the snapdragons. The flowers were only 4 days old and we were devastated having to throw them away. I submitted some feedback to the team so they were aware for other customers. I wasn’t expecting anything out of it, but shortly after I received a call from Juliana apologising. She explained how the rains were impacting their flowers and offered a credit for the amount I had paid. I just used my voucher for my partner’s birthday today. I had a little bit of trouble submitting my voucher online as there is a minimum spend. I sent an email and again, Juliana was amazing! I called and we organised the flowers over phone. I got a text this morning letting me know the flowers had been put together and a photo was provided. My partner just received them and loves them! I secretly wanted to get her the flowers so I could enjoy them as well!
Just wanted to say thank you so much to Urban Flower Sydney and the delivery driver who went out of his way to deliver my mum her flowers. The initial address was to the hospital she was at but she had been discharged earlier than expected and he went out of his way to find out her address and deliver them to her at home. The kindness has really made all our days. Thank you so much again and please pass on our thanks to the driver.
Ordered the Ruby flowers for my partner as it was our anniversary and the flowers were exceptional. Called the store before I ordered and the lady who answered was very informative throughout the call. One drawback was that it was delivered at a time when we weren't home on the floor at the ground lobby of the apartment building when i specifically asked for it to be delivered after 4 but I'm glad it was still there. The lady on the phone did say they can't guarantee a specfic time but just to put the remarks on the delivery details and they will try their best. They also give you a picture of the flowers & other gifts you ordered before they deliver your order which is pretty neat. Overall, my partner loved them and the flowers are still fresh after 3 days.
Purchased two arrangements online to use florals as a display at home for my wedding day. The arrangements were bigger than expected and they were beautiful. Almost a week later they are still looking as fresh as when they were delivered.
Ordered the Chelsea bouquet to send as sympathy flowers. Swift service, and flowers arrived in perfect condition, exactly like the picture described. A day later I received a 15% off voucher in my email, which came in handy as we received the news of another passing and sent another bouquet to this family. Very pleased with the service and quality of Urban Flowers and I can’t recommend enough. Thank you
A few weeks ago I ordered the Harper bouquet after the loss of a family member. Not only was the arrangement far beyond my expectations, the service was above and beyond. I received a message when the flowers had been made including a photo of the flowers which greatly settled any nerves and a message upon delivery same day. I’ve never been happier with a florist service before, and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a florist in Sydney.
Sending flowers interstate is always a little hard and the customer always ends up wondering what the flowers looked like and whether they've been delivered etc. Urban Flower takes the care and time to text a photo to the customer before delivery. And then of course there is the fact that the flowers were stunning for a reasonable price. Thank you Urban Flower - you are my preferred supplier for deliveries around Sydney now.
