Was in Melbourne for work visiting from WA, had some time so thought I'd make the trek out. David let me test shoot the lift 33. Bought a few bits and bobs nothing huge but they definitely made me feel welcome... I know where I'll be buying my next bow from, super service.
Service from staff outstanding as usual. 2 new bows setup with both staff members taking their time with every detail.nLove my custom bow sling!
Extremely helpful staff. Have helped me adjust my bow and fix a couple of little things that I banged up while out bush and refused payment because I bought the bow there. Highly recommended.
I’m deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by sales assistant Mark at this store. Despite being loyal customers who have invested significant amounts of money and referred others to shop here, our recent experience with Mark has left us feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued.nMark's attitude and service were shockingly poor, far below the standard one would expect in a retail environment. His lack of professionalism and apparent disinterest in assisting customers was truly disheartening. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend dealing with him to anyone.nInstead, I urge customers to seek out Marcus, the owner, for a more positive and customer focused experience. It is evident that Mark's presence at the counter detracts from the overall shopping experience at this store. The service truly leaves much to be desired, and Mark's attitude only serves to exacerbate the situation.nI will not be making any further purchases at this store if Mark is on duty. The service was abysmal, and his attitude left a lot to be desired. It is a shame that such a negative experience has tainted our perception of a store we once held in high regard.
Just bought a bow and accessories from Urban Archery. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of setting up my bow and helping me pick the right accessories.nI highly recommend them.
