Urangan State High School is actually an amazing school with wonderful teachers and staff that care for the students and support them. There are so many opportunities at this school whether you want to apply for an excellence program for Year 7 - 9. So many subjects you can choose from in senior years too. There is also a wide range of fun, exciting activities at break times and extra curricular activities. The teachers are also very kind, and care about the student's wellfare and needs.
My daughter lasted 9months, you want to speak to someone at the school regarding issues goodluck, but once you leave the school they will harass you with up to 20 phone calls a day asking for proof of enrolment at another school until you email them reminding them of the education legislation.
Honestly this school sucks, it isn’t inclusive towards their students, like how the school is now keeping all the bathrooms locked so no one can go in, this school seriously does not put in consideration about if female students are menstruating because where the hell are they supposed to go to change a pad or tampon, plus what happens if they unexpectedly get their period, they have no bathrooms to go to. I wish that I was joking but I’m not.
Open your toilets I can’t find a open toilet for like 5 minutes good thing is they gave me really good classes and most teachers
