My wife and daughter joined last week. They met P/T Lisa and absolutely loved her. Lisa asked what they were hoping to get out of the gym, took them around the gym and taught them how to use the fitness equipment. Lisa even worked out a routine for them, as beginner's that was very important.nWith the latest equipment and people are always willing to help, it is a really nice atmosphere to be in. And the pool is included with the membership.
Great facilities, freindly and helpful staff. Pool is reasonably priced and memberships to if you can wait for a sale, but the casual visit pass is a bit steep. The change rooms and toilets are always clean and are well set out.
Looove this gym. By far best gym between Toowoomba and Ipswich!
Great modern facilities and friendly staff, and the pool just perfect, half size olympic but you can have your own lane plus its heated at roughly 26 to 28 degrees! cant fault it!
This place offers gym and swimming pool. There is an option to pay for Gold membership which allows for exercise classes. It is different everyday so you don't get bored but there is no repeats so you can't really build for specifics by attending these. There is also a free gym evaluation. You can tell the trainer your goal and they will help you achieve it by giving you a plan and they will even show you how to use and adjust the gym equipment properly which is tremendously helpful. They will give you a sheet for you to record your exercise done and will re-evaluate you again in 6 weeks. I am trying it out now so let's see how this goes
