Pre-paid a ticket the day prior, was smooth.nThe physical address for entry on ticket was located at bottom of ticket is very small font.nThe levels to park for early birds easy to find.nLots of lifts be sure to note which level, which row and which lift or ease of finding vehicle upon return.nAll in all a pleasant experience.nNote.nUptown is the old Myre Centre

We all know Uptown Mall has so many levels and so many lifts. It connects with bus and metro lines. It leads to different streets on different levels.nnUptown Parking is below ground level from P1 to P4. I think the signs are very helpful, but the rates are outrageous. If you can book ahead, I think it is only $13.nnOne thing to note: on rainy days, the tire screech on the parking floor so loudly.

Did you see the signs at the entrance of the car park?nnThey clearly advertise that if you use the Early Bird parking option, the parking fee is $20, and that parking on the Orange or Red levels qualifies for the Early Bird rate.nnThat's exactly what I did. In fact, I parked the same way a few weeks ago and paid $20 without any issues.nnToday, however, it was completely different. I parked at almost the exact same time and left at about the same time, but this time I was charged $70. I parked on the Orange level, just as instructed.nnThis makes no sense.nnI pressed the help button multiple times, but no one came and no one even responded.nnWhy was I charged a completely different price when the situation was exactly the same as it was a few weeks ago?nIf the Early Bird rate doesn't actually apply, then why advertise it at the entrance?nnPlease don't run your business this way.nAn unresponsive management team that doesn't answer calls for assistance, a poorly managed system, and the attitude of not caring about negative feedback or reviews simply because you're in a prime CBD location—it's honestly unbelievable.

nGreat parking experience at Uptown Parking. Easy access, clear signage, and plenty of spaces available. The location is very convenient for the CBD, and the pricing is reasonable. Everything felt safe and well-maintained. Will definitely park here again!

Absolutely terrible experience. The lifts are shut after 7pm with zero signage or instructions on how to actually get back to your car. It’s unbelievably frustrating—especially in a place you’d expect to be straightforward to navigate.nnEven though I took photos and knew exactly where I parked, I still had to wander around aimlessly trying to figure out how to access the level. What should have been a quick exit turned into a 20-minute ordeal of walking in circles.nnPoorly managed and incredibly inconvenient. If you’re parking here in the evening, be prepared for a confusing and unnecessarily stressful experience.
