Megan͏ Moss 10/10 !! We had the pleasure of meeting Megan some time ago to which she really stood out. Since connecting with her again to assist with the sale of our property, Megan met with all our expectations. Clear, concise communication, punctual at inspections which was again followed up with a phone call and overview of the prospective buyers thoughts. Her bubbly personality is infectious and was only exceeded by her drive to achieve the absolute best outcome for her customers. Being in the commercial sales industry myself, I set a very high bar with regards to communication and professionalism...Megan exceeded all those expectations. Unfortunately the fixed fee model of upside didn't worked in our case. My property had to be sold at substantially lower price than what it had been appraised for in market condition of lake macquarie where market had changed just a bit and I ended up paying the same commission had I gone with other local based agents who I can say with confidence looking at recent unrenovated properties sales in the suburb would have sold my property for minimum 20k more. We worked with Donna. She was wonderful to work with and honest.
