I recently had the pleasure of dining at this pub, and I couldn't be more impressed! The recent renovations have really elevated the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.nnThe service was equally outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. What really stood out was the kids' area—it’s absolutely amazing! It kept the little ones entertained, allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace.nnHighly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for a great feed with top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!
As locals we were thrilled to see the pub undergo renovations and they have done such a terrific job at creating a welcoming place.nnThe staff are incredible, always so happy and helpful.nnThe food is ok, it needs to be more consistent and elevated for the price of things. Unfortunately kids meals have been cold on two occasions.nnHopefully it keeps continuing to get better and better, it's certainly on the right track.
Stayed there for a week. great price. staff Amazingly Friendly, Easy to deal with.nThe room was exceptionally clean, Comfy bed Plenty of storage. Bathroom and shower were spotless. Nice and quiet.nThe food was amazing ate there a number of nights with no complaints.nGreat location close to Public transport and a Number of food outlets within two minutes walking distance. Highly recommend to anybody
The food was beautiful. Great range of kids meals and I like that you have a variety of sides to choose from. The chicken schnitzel was easily the best I have had in Townsville. Great service and lovely family atmosphere.
Great little pub!! Meals came out quick and perfect timing after we finished the entree! Taste delicious great sizes and steak cooked to perfection!! Highly recommend, we will be back for more!! Pork belly entree was perfect and tasty and the chicken Parmi was delicious and cooked to perfection!!
