The worst health practice in wellington. Takes months to get an appointment, then they cancel on you without letting know. They said oh we were just about to call you sorry but your doctor has gone home sick. I use to like this centre but recently the lack of care and quality service is getting worse. Bad service every-time.
Went in for a appoinment, and because they had to call me back for 2mins to tell me what medication i needed charged a second appointment fee $130 total for 10 mins work. wont be back
I saw one of their doctors in mid January 2024 and got some prescribed medication. Today, 5 months later my condition was unchanged. I went back to the centre to talk to the practice manager about this because this was unacceptable. I paid to see a doctor and to get the meds all for nothing. She was unavailable at the time but two hours later I got a call from the general manager. I explained to her that I was unhappy about the results and that it's unfair towards me as a patient to pay a doctor again to give me another prescription. I explained to her that I will not be experimented on by the doctors there. I told her that I dont have the money to spend not knowing if it will be a success. All she said was that it's unfortunate that the medication did not work for me and that I must come and see another doctor. More money which I don't have. She showed zero empathy towards my situation and didn't even care to offer any solution. I was really disgusted by her behaviour and expected more of someone in her position. It's like taking your car to a mechanic and pay them to fix it only to find out it wasn't fixed. Then to go back to the same mechanic to pay them again to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time. It's absurd!!!!!!!nI could see that the conversation was going nowhere and we kept going around in circles. It was clear that this practice do not care about the patients wellbeing and whether their problem get solved or not. For them it's all about the money. She failed to acknowledge that the doctor made a mistake and refused to offer a remedy for the problem. Instead she got impatient on the phone and chose to end the call. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I've been enrolled with this practice since 2008 and this is the worst I've ever been treated. To top it all I had to pay to be treated like this. I'm just wondering how many other people are in the same boat as me but are too scared to challenge them as a health care provider. No wonder they have so many one star ratings.
Terrible health centre,not staff fault. But my mum got asked to call to make an appointment as she has cancer and she had a issue from radiation. The appointment she was able to get was on nearly 2 months away on Jan 15th 2023.nThe cost and the amount of doctors they have is terrible if we can't make app6.
This rating is for Dr Cheyenne! I’m pregnant and have been sick on and off for weeks which is no fun, requiring a lot of expensive after hours visits so I was so lucky to be jotted in with her today at last minute. She was like talking to a close friend, makes you feel so comfortable, cared for and even checked my baby’s heartbeat for me. She was absolutely lovely. And I’m so so grateful I was listened to and got fitted in. Really pleased
