If I could give this Chemist a 0 out of 5 stars for customer service, I would, thanks to that woman in the ill-fitting grey dress and the bad balayage who rolled her eyes at me because I didn't want a bag and threw the receipt at me. I'd be surprised it you had any return customers. Good luck in the future, with that attitude, you'll need it.

The customer service is very poor here. I have visited many time and can honestly say the service is consistently poor. The parking is very limited given the number of businesses in this little area. There are better chemists to go to nearby! The service can be slow and they certainly are not in a hurry either!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I tried to purchase baby formula for my 7 month old and was sent from one location which had none, to another which I was told had 5 tins in stock. After arriving at the second location, I was told they had none either and that they are not responsible for the stupidity of staff at the 1st location. They found 2 tins in their stock room after being asked to check for me. I paid for the formula and was about to leave when noticed that the formula had passed its 'use by' date. Once I brought this to their attention, they told me that it was only 1 month expired and my baby should be fine. I did not accept this and asked for a refund. I called their customer service number to lodge my complaint where I was told that they do not deal with complaints and that I should call their head office. I called their head office and was told that the complaint must be submitted by email. After submitting by email, I was contacted and asked to provide my phone number so the pharmacy could call me to rectify the problem. It has been 2 weeks so fan, no Calls!

Great service...the most accommodating staff and always eager to assist with empathy and understanding. Can be busy at times but what can u expect from and with a popular business.
