Brought in a full suit (jacket and pants) to have some stains removed which are not difficult stains (steamed rice). Showed the shopkeeper (a lady) the location of stains and was told to come back 3 days later. Came to collect my suit and they did not accept credit card and was told to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw some cash. No receipt was provided. At home when I was about to put on my suit, realised they only removed the stains on the pants but not the jacket. So I brought my suit in again and explain the situation to the shopkeeper (a man). He said where is your receipt and I told them that they did not provide any kind of paper work due to the cash sale. He told me that he has to charge me full price again. I told him I will come back to talk to the lady shopkeeper. The next day, went to the shop again to talk to the lady shopkeeper and she said they have to charge to get the job done. But she said instead of charging full price she will charge half price. I didn’t want to continue arguing and agreed. Finally, collected my suit and found out the job wasn’t done properly either. Will never step in this shop again. Bad customer service, poor quality work and honesty is not their best policy.
