Whilst my hair stylist was lovely, was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Upon the completion of my wash, it was a blow dry and out the door. I have been attending this hairdresser for years and always get my hair straightened but not this time. Also they did not show me the back of my hair to see the colour or offer to re book after I had finished paying. If I’m paying over $200 I would expect my hair to be straightened at the end of it.

I am delighted with my new haircut. The staff were very attentive & knowledgeable. They were efficient & on time. I can highly recommend them & I will certainly be back as it was a lovely experience.

Amazing service and prices. Even though I was on a budget they were able to still change my hair to make it beautiful after a major fail from elsewhere. They have the best service with lots of little extras to treat you as your getting your hair done like massage chairs, refreshments, snacks and head massages. All the girls are excellent and I highly recommend them! I have recently had an amazing hair colour and cut transformation and I absolutely love it!

I have been a client of Unsurpassable since the salon opened over 10 years ago. I have had a couple of different premier stylists over the years and I can safely say that they have been the BEST hairdressers ever. I trust the team at Unsurpassable with my hair and beauty needs and know that I will always been looked after and treated like royalty. Ash and the team make you feel welcome, cared for and they will always look after your best interests. won't ever let you make a BAD hair decision. Each visit feels like you visit a group of friends. This was my first visit to Unsurpassable but definitely not my last. The beautiful space where I got my hair washed was amazing but then to be in a reclined massage chair, with my feet up - I didn’t want to leave. It’s a one stop transformation because they do make up as well. Fabulous experience.
