had no idea about brokers. presumed it was like dealing with loan office/pawnshops. was left by my bank NAB misinformed and gutted when informed after a booked interview no bank could help me due to me wanting to downsize to a studio apartment under 50 sq metres. I had found just the right place and couldn't believe in this day and age with sydney prices my wish to buy such a place couldn't be done so by my own bank. somehow via talk I found these guys. I booked an appointment with no idea but needing advice and explained my situation thinking that later after a while I could get a more proper interview. I was left in awe after they straight away got the ball rolling. I mean straight away. I am now with ING who have been great also. During the whole process I only had to visit the office twice. I didn't have bank interview time off work hassles or anything. I would be the first to admit I am ignorant in the world of financing. Luckily this lack of knowledge didn't stop me looking around. I can't thank these guys enough. Totally polite and professional and totally TOTALLY efficient. Don't give up your plans ever just because your bank manager tells you it is not at all possible. Go see these type of people. Fully stoked. All good in the wood.
