I don't see why there are so many negative reviews. The staff are formal, efficient and friendly. This is true, provided you have all the required documents Which should be a given.
Lovely people, very organised and helpful! They can't put electronics into the locker so no laptops or ipads ... Make printouts of anything needed, and no electronic payment.
Totally rude and irresponsible people. Poor communication, arrogant manner. Really disappointed indeed.
Either they should not mention not to carry any proff docs , either they should not ask for it in the interview .. wastage of money and time.
No help at all just poked head out of door and handed me a piece of paper say everything must be do online.
As a US citizen living in Perth, I've found the service fast, reliable, and friendly for the multiple visits I've had.
