This Karen parked her car at least 10 minutes BEFORE fuel!!! Then cleaned the screen after fuel. Blocked the spot for almost half hour while the one behind it out of order! No staff attend on it! Disgusting!
Update - do not attempt to redeem United Petrol vouchers here. The local Catholic Church sometimes gives them out. The cashiers pretend there is something wrong with the card to try to get you to pay for the fuel and abandon the card and give it to them. They are just dodgy people that run this show. I showed them the intact $25 gift card with the pin number still covered before attempting to redeem it. They said there was something wrong with the card and tried to get me to ring the number on the card but I didn't even have my phone. Eventually the male indian cashier just put it through with no problems and I paid the small balance. The exact same thing happened a year ago. I have emailed the church to tell them to stop using United gift cards! Be warned.nnAlso, under no circumstances buy their pies or sausage rolls. There is no delicious aroma when you go in. Why? They don't have the pies and sausage rolls warmed and ready. They are kept on display in a cold cabinet at the counter and then MICROWAVED when you pick one out. Not only was my sausage roll ROCK HARD in the middle, it didn't taste fresh. I have been to other Pie Face franchises where everything is hot and available, as it should be. And you pay a pretty penny for a food item that should NOT be microwaved too!nnYour local independent bakery will give you a fresher and cheaper! experience if you're looking for a pie or sausage roll.
Every time I've been there the staff have been lovely. Couple that with the cheaper fuel, what more could you want? Oh, and the food has been delicious
Can't even be bothered to look up... some grunts and then eventually the price comes up in the screen. Maybe we need to treat out employees as humans so they can serve their customers the same.
Another failure of a so called “service station” doesn’t have a public toilet. It’s really a disturbing trend and truly un Australian. I purposely avoided the 7/11 up the road to fill up on fuel because the majority of them don’t have toilets for the public and as I’ve now learnt this one does not either. One star. Please install one thanks.
