The customer service at this fuel station has truly evolved under new ownership, offering competitive pricing on fuel. The food from Pie Face is exceptional - not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Their Par Bake process ensures that everything tastes fresh and avoids the common issue of food becoming soggy in warmers. The donuts are even better than those from Crispy Creme, and the deals on drinks and food are fantastic. Overall, this convenience store offers great value and an enjoyable experience!
Seems like they have changed the management. Everything is so improved. Customer service is excellent. Air pump is working as I have filled air in the tyres. Must try their coffee and donuts.
Coffee machine is never ready to use. Don't have 10 advertisements for coffee if you're to lazy to lazy to have the machine running. Plus rude staff are always busy talking loidly on hands free in the back disregarding their duty to serve customers. I don't wanna wait while your on an unimportant call to your behnchod mate Mumbai
Air pump is not working since last 2 years and they are not even getting it fixed. How irresponsible business management it is ! Even the employee of the store tells he is not having knowledge about air pump!!
Despite many bad reviews over past year, they haven't bothered to up their game.. so why are they in retail ?? In Australia, there is a standard of service expected, may not be the case in other countries. But if you live here, abide by our retail rules & expectations. Lift your customers service, raise the range & quality of stock & perhaps lift your manners. Or else close down.
