Everyone should be aware of one thing - pastries that used to taste good are now replaced with bad tasting pastries because ... Instead of lard is cured - which is/& has been part of the recipe... for generations ... has been changed by using dripping instead. Dripping is not cured and not as wholesome as lard. Lard has been known to keep edible and can be stored for anything up to 12 months. Why does no-one tell us these things before these groups within our diverse population system, change our traditions just because they can? Our traditions are just as important as anyone elses. Besides, it is not fair to change businesses as well as business practices from one class to another just to accommodate their choice of foods. Before anyone accuses me of exhibiting discrimination here, let it be known that this remark about food here, is not prompted by discriminations against anyone, instead, to protect freedom of choice. .
Currently 27 hours after eating a Shepard's pie from pie face in Frankston, and I have been suffering severe food poisoning for the last 17 hours with no end in sight. The pie tasted a bit off to me. They are not baked daily as advertised but reheated to order. Who knows how long my pie had been sitting b3fore it was cooked.
Recommendation To all Aussie Gas stations. Kindly add a self payment method on pumps we are in 2022 and the time wasted on paying the gas is just unnecessary and can be avoided.
They don’t accept late night uber orders anymore and customer service is really bad
Doing up my late uncle’s apartment in Frankston. Long days and nights and driving back to Melbourne city around 7.30 each night. I stop for something warm - a hot chocolate and maybe a party pie. The hot drink machine has been broken for over a week but they still sell drinks without telling you the only thing available is brewed black coffee. Last week when I questioned the lack of hot chocolate the manager threw some powder in a cup and hot water. The pies are soggy - my local pie face they are crispy and ready to go. Here they put them in a microwave?/oven and they are awful, not my normal experience of a pie face.
Filled up with petrol today, paid by credit cardtap and go as I’m driving out the attendant came racing out, banging on my window, saying ‘I’d’ paid for the wrong petrol. Went in and paid the correct amount, but no apology was forthcoming, and he acted as if it was my fault.
Worse experience tonight we go in to return a faulty item and because they didn't offer us a receipt as they are supposed to the child behind the counter said it was our fault and we should have asked and he got lippy at my partner, he also was throwingthe item towards us instead of passing it. I highly recommend that they should train their staff alot better if they want happy customers and want people to return. United your staff need to be trained way better and if I was the manager I'd be disgusted in how my night staff are treating customers when they are not being watched
They have a soy option on the coffee I always receive EXCELLENT service when I go there. Thank you Christina.
OMG worse customer service I dont know how they get hired with no customer service skills. I was there around 10pm 1st time 28/12 , this guy asks prepay said ok got to the prepay window then he points to me to come to the store for payment , I got there with nothing happened as soon as got to store counter he goes this is my wish wether I take payment from window or inside store this is none of my business I was like dude calm down wat happened and reply comes again if u need patrol u pay here ok i will but y r u yelling or being rundeman keep on saying r crazy OMG no manners, I want complain about this plz tell where I can put complain on him. I m very upset
Absolutely disgusting customer service and food. Got severe food poisoning and when confronting then got a shoulder shrug and an 'oh well'. Will certainly be taking this further
