Toilets were grot as, it's like an extra tiny building out the back, the floor is rotten in places so be careful where you're stepping. The floor looks like it's never been cleaned with a mop and you can feel the grain and dirt under your shoesnTrust me when I say, hold it in until the next servo
This is possible the most hellish fuel station I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The guys behind the counter were just chatting and ignored me for a hot minute, bathrooms are derelict and non functioning. Prices are wrong on drinks, probably hoping nobody notices. This is the worst United in the country. Go to the BP 2 minutes up the road.

I needed to use the male toilets at the United Servo on Dawson Road, Rockhampton on the afternoon of the 27th of October 2025. The condition of these facilities was disgusting, every surface of the toilets had either peeling paint, separating floor covering and skirting boards , wet and filthy surfaces. I was almost home after travelling around Australia and in my opinion these toilets facilities ranked as the worst I'd encounter during my recent journey.
Great fuel prices but DON'T go to the toilet there, most horrible nasty toilet I've ever been to. Disgusting
