Firstly let me say the female assistant was delightful, second, the heating of our pie and spinach/ricotta roll in the microwave/oven thing, left the food stodgy and not heated to correct temperature. I will not buy food from a Pie Face again as this is the 3rd time I have been disappointed by the quality of food in Queensland. You used to be a favourite.
6.30 in the morning standing at the pump for over 5 minutes for it to be authorized. I left without filling up.Constant appalling customer service. Will be making a complaint to state office. I'd rather pay 10 cpl more
The fuel here can be cheaper than other petrol stations so I tend to use this often. The staff are generally pleasant and the only time they have appeared short in answer is when there is a significant volume of customers and / or difficult customers.
Very rule staff, asking me to take out mask if i want to buy petrol even i have problem with my skin. Yelling and threatening me. Bed service ever my life.
To be shutting down a servo at 7:30 so the guy can stand outstanding with his mouth flapping but should be writing down the fuel number. Cars at every pump. Seriously
02/1120-The tyre inflation facility at this establishment has been non-existent for some months now. Hardly what I would call a "Service" Station. 17/11/20-Went to do my tyres again. This time the machine appeared functional but when used, it actually took air from my tyre! I approached the attendant about why it was not functional but had no "Out of Order" sign. He had no response. I had to walk home with a flat! These people are a scab on the face of society.
The owner clearly doesn't know anything about customer services.. Went there to get fuel and the pump didn't stop as a results petrol just burst out all over my legs. Got in to pay and tell him the pump isn't stopping correctly, and he just said that it was abnormal, didn't ask me if I was okay and make me pay full price whereas a lot of the fuel was on the floor.. didn't care at all seriously!!
Without going into detail, the owner and his wife should strongly consider studying a customer service course. It's sad to be forced to spend money at the big chained company's because these close minded people lack in customer sercise which is the most important aspect of their feild. I highly recommend traveling that little extra in either direction and missing out on Cranbrook servo. After going almost daily won't waste another cent on these mob.
Great selection of vegan food at pie face. Opens 5am til 10 pm.
27/05/2018 at 14:16. They don't want to serve backpackers here. They don't active the pump for fuel. One place more to feel bad in Australia. Don't come here
