Saturday 22 April 2023 about 2pm. After I stopped for a break and fuel I asked where the toilets were. No public toilets, and no apology for that, just rudely told that they they are not required to have them so I should go somewhere else. This is a new servo and we don’t have toilets for customers any more, only for staff. The two service staff were arrogant rude and used bad language when I expressed my shock that I would be spoken to like that. The staff were speaking between themselves in their own language and were the worst behaved and least friendly staff I have ever encountered. Nice to know that united does not count customer service as important in any way. Never again. Worst servos ever.
Very good fuelling outlet. Excellent place alongside the main road. Customer friendly staff helping you round the clock. Neatly well kept outlet. Good economical fuel prices available. Easily accessible for all sorts of travellers. Very good access for the wheelchair entrants. Good parking places for the travellers.
The New staff doesn’t have customer service skills , speaking some other language on phone even when serving.nAj used to work here always wearing a smile on face , banging Hiphop at night, always a great conversation but suddenly he just disappeared.
Stock is regularly out of date, i bought an iced coffee and realised when homw it was 8 days out of date. staff do not care when this is raised with them. Pumps are leaking and faulty. Got diesel on my hands. Again staff were rude and ignored my concerns. Would give 0 stars.
