Best medical centre in Perth. Receptionists are amazing. Always always obliging to help, get messages across to doc or sending requested emails. Dr Parker is exceptional! Never leaves a stone unturned and not only top of her game knowledge wise but also humble and is so understanding of mental health.
Absolutely wonderful practice. Such great reception staff who are always cheery and want to help where they can. All doctors are so great particularly Dr Nakhuda they take their time and are extremely thorough even if they are in a rush. I am extremely grateful to be a patient here and consistently receive the same amazing standard of service :! Thank you Darch Medical Team!
Excellent experience all round from the ladies on the desk to the nurse and Dr Yahya Nakuda. Take time to listen and help in any way they can. That is why I keep coming to this practice.
Practice is fine if you know what is wrong with you and you just need a script filled because they bulk bill it's free. I wouldn't go there for actual medical advice though, they seem to be newly arrived residents to Australia who passed their medical exams to fill a gap in our medical system.
Dr Deminder was completely uninterested, gave me nothing, didn’t help me, I had ask him questions and TRY TO GET HIM to talk to me about what my thing is. The most weirdest unhelpful appointment. Useless. No pleasantries. Nothing wrong with admin - lovely
Been there since they opened. Great Drs that arent afraid to give you answers/explanations you need. Only downside is waiting time. But understandable as i am not the only one that needs to see the Drs.
Extremely disappointing first visit to this practice, where I sought a medical certificate exempting me from the WA mask wearing requirement. The GP I saw made no real effort to obtain any medical background or history, or to understand my situation, but simply 'handballed' me to a specialist, claiming that a GP can't provide this document. After speaking to the COVID helpline, I was informed that GPs can - and do - provide these certificates. So the GP I saw was either providing false information to me or just didn't want to make the effort to assist me.
Easy to book appointment online and Dr usually always runs ontime. Bulk biller.
The most unprofessional doctors I’ve seen. I literally had to keep requesting the doc to check my baby. She gave no information and no explanation I had to keep asking her. The male doctor is the same too.
I was given an over the phone appointment for my 1y old baby due to Covid19. The Dr calls only to suggest that I should see another medical centre! when trying to clarify the RUDE GP says don't argue with me! Worst communicators and very unprofessional. A formal complaint coming shortly.
