I visited United Fasteners in Keysborough today and had some excellent customer service regrading a particular problem I had with fitting a locknut to a countersunk bolt that I thought was 5/32 but was actaully M4, for a very unusual application.nnThe gentleman who served me went to a lot of trouble to solve my problem and found the correct nuts and as I only need 10 of them, he did not charge me for them.nnExcellent customer service that is very rare todaynnJohn

Great customer service. I wasn't able to get there but they sourced and sent what I needed to our client.nVery easy, great range.
