I attended Uniradiology at Southport this morning for an invasive procedure.The reception staff were very welcoming and informative. Once in the room Sue and Dr Diana were very thorough and reassuring during a delicate procedure. At all times they kept me informed and the advice given re after care was very detailed. All staff were very friendly and professional. Well done on a job well done!

Wow - checking these past reviews, everybody is spot on. My great experience was where is your Doctor's referral. After they made the next appointment with me. Receptionist was I guess, lovely as always according to the reviews and my experience as well. So I decided to leave. I can leave anywhere that gives me bad service and so can you. This company is a service industry. If you are not happy, do not go to them. Take your money to another provider. Oh the appointment verification text never said anything about a referral. Love to hear your reply UNI-Grumps

This place is not for you if you enjoy any level of customer service, and not getting your information, referral, and scans lost. Standing in front of the receptionist for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, and then another 10 minutes till she would see me (keep in mind there was no one else around). Had to do my scans over two days, they lost my referral so I couldn't do the second scan, and then lost my scans from the first one. If I could give them 0 stars I would

I had a lovely experience! The girls on the desk were very helpful and professional leaving me feeling extremely comfortable with everything. I wish every practice employed people like this!

From the moment I walked in I was taken care of by the lovely girls at the front desk. I had a lovely timely experience and look forward to the professionalism I'll receive for future referrals here.
