Terrible service and rude staff. Left us in the lurch without a marquee two days out from our wedding on the wettest month in years. We had provided measurements and requirements but on the day they were unable to set up. Offered zero assistance in finding an alternative solution. Any issue with not being able to set up the marquee aside and despite being paid a transport fee, Unique Party Hire refused to provide any form of refund for the marquee ($1000+). Even refused our reasonable proposal for a partial refund (~80%). A refund was only paid once the matter was pursued through Fair Trading and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Reading the other reviews, it seems with Unique Party Hire you'll be fine if everything goes to plan but if something goes awry you're in for a Unique Experience.

Hired a Marquee & variety of other equipment from Unique Party Hire last weekend, looked absolutely beautiful.. Received lots of compliments from family & friends. Will definitely be coming back and have been recommending you to everyone. Thank you so much again!

I used unique Party Hire over the weekend after another party hire business had double booked my order and given me 3 days notice prior to my event. I spoke with Jenny from Unique and she quickly and sufficiently booked my order of chairs, tables, barstools and pop up marquee. The service I received from Unique was amazing! All staff setting up were professional, products were clean and in a good condition. They saved my husbands 30th Birthday. Would Highly recommend & will use them again!

Terrible service and rude staff. Unique Party Hire left us hanging until the day of our function. The only reason we got our tables delivered on the day, was because my husband decided to go to the shop and ask them what was happening with the delivery which was meant to take place the day before. I received a call from the owner today requesting the final payment, when I tried to give her the feedback of how disappointed we were with them, she wasn't interested in it but was only after the money. We are never going to place any future orders with Unique Party Hire and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else who had a function.
