I had the most amazing pedicure from one of the lovely young ladies at the salon yesterday. She blew me away with her customer service, massage which was next level and quality nail artistry. Love my Christmas pedi - thank you Unique Nails. Turns out the young teenager had been doing nail art for 4 years and is super talented. Saw these reviews AFTER I had been there for a pedicure. Wish I had seen them before. Quickest, most inadequate and unprofessional pedicure I have ever encountered. Young girl quickly went through the process without really ensuring each step was done properly. Preparation was fast, that’s ok if done properly. The blade job leaves me with chunks out of my soles. Paint job was atrocious, my 12 year could have done better. Love giving great reviews however these previous reviews and mine are a true reflection of the job you will get.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Would not return here, took 2 hours for 4 of us to get a pedicure, despite having booked. No price list, understaffed, very rough with removing dead skin from feet my foot is still sore and another customer bled all over the shop, girl seemed inexperienced and went extra-intense on the pre-gel nail buffing and didn't reduce it when I said it hurt a lot on that setting. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time. The nail technician looked to be very young, but very good, attentive and great massage. Clean and tidy space and comfortable chairs. I’ll be back.

WOULD NOT recommend!! Had a fresh full set done by the owner which was an average job if I’m honest. Either way I walked out semi satisfied, 2 days later 1 nail broke off & the rest were getting stuck in my hair which I thought was quite unusual seeing as this normally happens week 2/3. 6 days later i finally had some time to get them fixed. I explained to the owner what had happened in which she still wanted to charge me full price for a fill and said it was my fault. Took no ownership or had any empathy, I then asked for my money back as I thought this was an unfair service, of Course  no refunds, no discounts, no customer service, no problem solving, never again. The worst nail job I have had! Sweet young girls that clearly have no idea how to correct nails! Charged full rates for a minor working on you! Would absolutely not recommend! Left with worse nails than I went in with. Furious!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Absolutely worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My 7yr old daughter can paint nails better. Rush rush rush. The owner rushed on out of the seat to get more people done. Terrible service and horrible job. Never be returning!!!Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I just had the worst pedicure I've had in this salon today. Following the pedicure, my nails are rough and uneven. The shellac that was supposed to be removed is still remaining in some corners of my nails. When the nail technician finished, she drained the tub and didn't provide a towel for me to dry my feet. I stood up with wet feet and put my shoes back on as they were busy cleaning the tub. The technician didn't know how to file nails, use a cuticle cutter and only pushed back cuticles on one of my feet. On return home I had had a closer look and I can't believe how bad it is. Im a busy mum with no time to go back to get it redone. I'm writing this review because I don't think it's fair to waste time and money on a substandard service. Ive tried to call to ask for a refund but the business doesn't answer.

This was a good salon… until recently. It seems like all the qualified staff left and now they only have 14 year olds working there who arnt qualified and don’t know what they are doing. Still charging the price for something I probably could’ve done better myself at home. Really unprofessional environment, really disappointing.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure
