Terrible at coordinating between property owners and tenants. We have been waiting for their subcontractors to perform inspections after flooding for insurance purposes, and the coordination from unique has been very lackluster. They continue to contact the tenant after being advised multiple times to contact the property owner.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Failed to turn up. Taken 18 man hours and haven't been able to finish gyprocking 8sqm. Should have been completed in 2 hours.

Great care given. Only slow with communication when others are responsible.  I was treated really well and they are extremely helpful.

Bizarre and unethical behaviour. Rebecca who works here bullies small local businesses, often interstate, by putting scathing reviews on their websites with no actual experience with that business. Defamatory behaviour by this company and very unprofessional.
