I have experienced excellent service over many years. If you want to be certain of being attended to, don't risk arriving close to closing, as the staff need to assess how many clients they can manage in the time left.

Called in the morning was told dont need a appointment and they said they stop taking people at 5:15 and there open till 5:30 so i got there at 5:03 there was a total of four people there told me to go its dosent take long to cut somes hair so now they have lost a customer crap service

I've been a loyal customer of 11 years, but too many times I've been turned away at 11:20am when they claim to be open until noon. Not an easy thing to do when you have kids with sports commitments and can only get a cut on a Saturday. A lot of new staff come and go and really don't care and the owner who is never there anymore clearly doesn't care about losing customer like me and anyone else I'll be sure to tell to stay clear!
