It was a bit busy when i went there and there was no acknowledgement by staff or any apologies for the wait.ni don’t understand the purpose of waiting in a queue. I already knew what i wanted and in what size …. Not everyone has that much time to be waiting …. I just had to leave without buying anything.
The lady greeted us as we walked in and quickly was able to help us try on sizes, she was knowlegeable and was very helpful and patient as my son is Autistic and was crying the entire time.nVery happy with the service. Thank you for making the experience as pleasant as possible for this first timer!
Really disappointed on behalf of my grandson as he is on his second school backpack. The Uniform Group Melton did exchange the first backpack which split everywhere.nnWhen my daughter contacted them to report the splits in the supposedly new backpack, she was meet with a very unfriendly staff member.nnThe grandchildren's primary school backpacks lasted 7 years. The new backpacks are made from thinner materials and cost a lot more.nnThe Uniform Group Melton will not change it as they say it is out of warranty. If it is defective the warranty is of no consequence.nnThey need to be held to accountable and sell good quality backpack that match the price charged.nnIf you have had a similar experience, please post a review. Maybe eventually they will do the right thing.
The service was great but the lady was in such a hurry so she gave my daughter shorts instead of pants, we didn't check when we were there but we checked when we gotnhome. The service was a hurry, kinda disappointed.
Good, prompt service. However on both visits I did have to check my order because both times I was given the wrong shirt or shorts, and over charged for one as a result. However it was quickly fixed so no issues just check your order before leaving to be sure.
