Good And Easy Place to Find School Uniform, in. Melton Area. only thing I didn’t Like Is The road to reach There, it Looks Like it is In industrial area. And The Road to reach Here are not divided with lines, no road signs, no lights, no roundabouts.
I recently visited this store to buy school uniforms for my kids, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Annette. The customer service was exceptional! Annette was friendly, helpful, and made sure I found everything I needed. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were all just as welcoming and kind. Despite seeing some negative reviews, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. It's clear that the team here truly cares about their customers
Went in to purchase winter P.E uniforms for my son. A woman by the name of Nina greeted us with a friendly welcome & smile. She took great care of us!nShe was efficiently accurate with sizing just by looking at his height and size. Made the trip enjoyable, quick & effortless.
Whenever you go to this store 10+ people waiting on the line, and only 2 staff to help them out, that's ok but if we know the sizes we want to get, we should be able to get it, pay for it and walk out. What's the point of waiting close to 2hrs if we do not require any assistance from the staff? Not everyone has so much time to waste.
My kids uniform has been ordered back in November 2024 now were in March 2025 where is it...still waiting for the pants and school jumper. Horrible services. Horrible please, cant even make a complaint no forms of escalating the problem. Not happy....new owners should take over.
