The difficulty in finding parking is this stores only downside. The quality of product is fantastic, the layout is intuitive, and the desire to get home and use what you've just purchased is overwhelming.

Hands down 5 star customer service. We purchased a Staub cast iron skillet. The skillet was awfully sticky despite using generous amount of oil. We contacted Zwilling Canada for support and just kept getting the run-around. We tried going to the Zwilling store to enquire about warranty and exchange but were only served with unprofessionalism and more excuses. Without much options, we turned back to Yes Chef and see if there was anything they could do. Without any hassle, Waltraud and her team just shipped out another brand new pan to us. We were absolutely blown away. The result is clear - the brand new pan worked fantastically without any sticky issues. Zwilling was wrong and should be ashamed of their customer support. Thanks again Yes Chef team, you guys have made our day!

Oh my, great variety of unique kitchen gadgets and supplies to spruce up your cooking and baking needs, or to give as a gift. Genuine friendly, helpful service with a smile. Give yourself some time, there is lots of selection from which to choose.
Beautiful store and friendly staff. I ordered a very inexpensive gadget in response to an online promo and was delighted to pick it up the next afternoon wrapped up like a gift. I will reuse the packaging of course but the presentation for my little purchase was lovely and made my day.
